  • My lease specifically states landlord can do an annual inspection. She has requested an inspection every month for the past 3months. She also wants to come in the middle of the day when I work. She is just looking for a way to get her house back. I've given in to her inspections the past months. Now I'm done with it. I can't keep leaving work because she wants to abuse her landlord rights. Can I refuse her this time since she's abusing and my lease states annual inspection? I need help fast! I told her I couldn't be home and she insists she's coming anyway. Thank you!
  • Can my mom get a judge to make me stay at home even though I'm 18 until I graduate highschool?
  • I've read that Az. doesn't recognize common law marriage. However, I can't find information to clarify what occurs with a partnership after a given number of years. I've been cohabitating with a lady for 7 years, and recently was told "you've been together long enough that everything you have is community property." I'm concerned about our separate investments that we each have willed to our respective children. Thanks for any information you might be able to provide.
  • How much can a mobile home park charge for a pet deposit?
  • This property is advertised as a gated community. Little did I know, the front has NOT been locked since I moved last Jan 2018. This is caused many young homeless to walk of the street onto the property, steal, climb our fenced in pool--with their clothes on and break in to use our laundry room to sleep. (Several of the residents have complained several times!) All because the front entry foot gates are not locked.
  • If both parties names are on the house if one party stops paying am I responsible for all of it.
  • I have a home that my son is living in. No lease. He hasn't paid rent or utilities and I'm paying everything. I have been telling him to move, but he won't. What can I do to make him move?
  • Had issues with landlord after breaching contract, refused to pay rent so they took me to court then withdrew the case and revoked my access to my account to make payments. One year later they send me a collections notice. Can I dispute this?
  • How do me and my Husband go about getting Legal Guardianship over our Stepgrandaughter? Here Biological have Legal Guardianship over her since last year. But they have moved out of state and chose to leave the 15 year old here in Arizona with her Mother. The 15 year old and her Mother had a blow up at the end of Dec. 2014. So we were called and asked if we could take her and that her Mother wanted nothing more to do with her. So we've had here since Dec. 29th 2014. The Mother had me write up a letter stating that she was giving me and my husband power of attorney over the 15 year old.
